In webhosting, what matters the most is the fact that it delivers the promise of being dedicated hosting. That does not imply being free web hosting. The webhost may be free or not, but features like shared web hosting should be part of it so as to give least trouble to the webmaster. Also, this helps one in using pay per click as well.
